1. Introduction

In these terms, "Caldera Wellness", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating this website in South Africa. "You" and "your" refer to the customer or website user. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, which form part of this agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products & orders

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications and images as accurately as possible. Some specifications are indicative and may be refined as products are updated; minor variations in colour or finish may occur. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm dispatch.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — including where a product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Where a product is shown on sale, the displayed "was" price reflects a genuine previous selling price, and promotional pricing applies only for the stated period in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (including PayFast and EFT). We do not store your full card details. Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

4. Delivery & returns

Delivery timelines, costs and our returns approach are set out in full on our Shipping & Returns page. In summary: for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on used products, and returns are accepted only where an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. Faults caused by misuse or negligence are not covered.

5. Health & safety

You are responsible for using each product safely and in accordance with the instructions and precautions provided. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, a cardiovascular condition, recent surgery, or any other health concern. Always follow recommended session times and start gradually.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Caldera Wellness name, logo, text, graphics and product imagery — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caldera Wellness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable South African law.

8. Governing law & changes
